Wood of Light are pleased to announce that in April, two years after the launch of the EP “Materioeca 08“, will record their first LP at Zenith Studio in Lucca, under the artistic direction of Frank Andiver.
Fran Andiver is for sure the ideal figure for helping Wood of Light develop a new and very personal sound! Frank Andiver was a founder of Band such Labyrinth and Wonderland and work with the leading figures of Italian and foreign Metal scene.
The compositional research has resulted in eight tracks that move with elegant contrasts between much-sought music and enjoyable melodic lines, ranging from metal and progressive sounds, to synth rock style pop sounds, new wave, funky/jazz and experimental.
Wood of Light also keep cooperating with Alkemist Fanatix Europe with which they have signed a publishing contract as well as going on with the managerial activity. Soon further details will be unveiled about the album and the record label that will have the exclusive on this important work!
